Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AI Earning Skills ("we", "us", "the Product") is operated by FluxArt, Maharashtra, India. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.

2. What you're buying

The Product is a one-time purchase of a digital toolkit: a curated set of AI "skills" (files and prompts), written blueprints, guides, and access to a private community, together with future updates as we choose to provide them. It is a digital good delivered electronically.

3. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own work and business. You may use the outputs you create with it commercially. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the Product's files, prompts, blueprints, or community access, in whole or in part. Each purchase is for one user.

Your licence ends if a full refund is issued, if a chargeback is filed, or if we find fraud, sharing, resale, redistribution, or other misuse of the Product. After a refund or licence termination, you must stop using the Product files and may lose access to downloads, updates, community access, and future versions where technically possible. Restrictions on resale, sharing, and redistribution continue even after refund or termination.

4. Intellectual property

All content within the Product is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. The licence above does not transfer ownership.

5. Third-party tools & no affiliation

The Product is used alongside third-party AI tools (Claude/Anthropic, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini/Google). We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You are responsible for complying with those tools' terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, any third-party tool or platform.

6. No income guarantee

The Product is an educational toolkit. We make no guarantee of income, profit, clients, sales, views, job offers, or other business results. Those outcomes depend on your execution, offer quality, market demand, follow-up, and the third-party AI tools you use. We recommend giving any selected skill or process at least 30 days of focused use before judging real-world business results. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely by DodoPayments, including applicable taxes where required. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The 7-Day Guarantee covers product quality and usefulness after genuine use; it does not cover instant income expectations, third-party AI limits, failure to follow instructions, resale, redistribution, or refund abuse.

8. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [City, State] shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
